-From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
-Tap Settings.
-Tap SD & phone storage.
-Tap Factory data reset.
-Verify that Erase SD card is NOT checked, unless you wish to delete this data as well.
-Tap Reset phone.
-Tap Erase everything.
